I'm unable to connect to issues.apache.org at the moment, but last time I looked there was an issue (raised by myself) about a significant bug in ReducedHTMLParser which I believe was recently moved from tomahawk into common.
If this hasn't been fixed then I think it should be before any commons release is done.
