There's no way that "Fusion" as a web development framework is going to pass legal. It doesn't matter if you call it Fusion, MyFaces Fusion, or Apache Myfaces Fusion. Even if it could (and it can't), why would you want to develop product that would be confused with any of the other "fusion" web frameworks that already exist?
