the area outside a lightweight dialog (or modal panelPopup) is blocked (it's a
transparent div + cursor: not-allowed which covers the whole page)
this new skinning selector allows the styling of the blocked area.
e.g.:
af|dialog::blocked-area{
background-color: black !important;
filter: Alpha(opacity: 60);
-moz-opacity: 0.6;
}
