According to the current developer guide. the trinidad-skin.xml file and its
associated skin resources can go into a JAR file for deployment. I searched in
Google but couldn't find any good hint on what exactly the configuration steps
are (e.g. if I need to add extra tags into the trinidad-skin.xml file or if
there is anything to keep in mind when referenceing images. Also, where in
relation to trinidad-skin.xml do the CSS and image file have to be located
