[tomahawk] Add automatically generated tomahawk.taglib.xml (facelet taglib) to tomahawk using myfaces-builder-plugin

Hi

Is there any objections about do this and solve TOMAHAWK-1146? I don't know
if there is any arguments about do not do this. Trinidad has its own
handler, so I think there is no problem. This mail is only to be sure of
this fact.
