As reported by hnkwan...@yahoo.com, the conversationContext query parameter
does not get correctly set when a page is submitted via an ICEFaces command
button component.
The html generated for the command-button does not have the query param, ie it
would appear that the button renderer is not calling the EncodeURL method..
