+1 for moving to the common server. Our build zone has been broken for ages, and as someone who tried hard to fix it, I can say it is a difficult problem!
Note that "buildbot" is a specific tool (http://buildbot.net/trac). I presume we would be moving to the ci.apache.org continuum instance?
