tc:sheet should auto-sort the data according to sheetState at model-reload

The Szenario is a page with a filter-panel and a sheet which displays the
filtered data. The sheet contains sortable columns. When the filter is changed
and the data reloaded the data should be displayed in the previously chosen
order. By now only the sheetState-Information is preserved but the data is
displayed in the order it is loaded from the database/backend.
It would be nice to have an attribute like "auto-sort" in tc:sheet or an api to
have to data sorted.
