While working on adding ProjectStage support to Trindad 2.0 (for some of its
parameters), I see that some configuration parameters are read from different
places...
One example is
org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.DISABLE_CONTENT_COMPRESSION
IMO there should be one, centralized util that reads those parameters...
