Hi, I was talking with Gerhard about creating a tool that is capable of generating the complete artifacts of a MyFaces 2.0 web application starting from a database physical model to the application interface.
In simple words, the tool should allow the user to be able to create his/her relational model (Entities, relations, constraints, ...etc), set the generation parameters (Ant or Maven2, Code Naming convention, ...etc), and finally click generate the application to see the resulted application. The project should support Addons so that the user can create an Add-on for example and attach it to the project generation (Spring Roo may help in this).
