[Myfaces]help on the Best Practise of Myfaces

Hello,
   when i develop some applications with myfaces, there are some shortages, 
such as JSP usages and tag. such as "
<jsp:forward page="home.jsf"/> 
"
and on CSS

<link rel="stylesheet" 
      type="text/css" href="<%=request.getContextPath()%>/css/main.css" />


Could some experts to share her/his Practice on myfaces developing?
