Panel tabbed, panel accordion, switcher, show detail, show detail header, show
detail item and panel box all have the ability to partially render their
children. The problem is that these children are still visited when optimized
PPR is enabled. We need to change the components to ensure that when the skip
unrendered hint is passed to a visit context, the non-rendered, by virtue of
disclosure, children of these components are not visited.
