To make it a little bit clearer:
We have 2 solutions.
1. repaint the header after scrolling (from me)
2. keep the scrollbar a little bit smaller (from Bernd)
Both were only applied, if the browser is IE6 and the table contains
UISelectOne.
At the moment the 2nd fix is active, because the 1st one causes ugly flickering.
