MYFACES-3797 patch is good for Validator. Though Convertor and Validator is
excluded from spec 2.2 this solution should work for rest of the artifacts
which can go in spec 2.2.In the class ExternalArtifactResolver from patch 3797
add methods for artifacts similar to resolveManagedValidator(ExternalContext,
Class<? extends Validator>) use them in respective Impls , (ie for
PartialViewContextFactory artifact call the resolve method from
FacesContextImpl).
