I have fixed the issue for 4.x and 5.0 the command script example must be
adapted accordingly: <input type="button" id="button1" value="submit"
onclick="submitFormScript(null, event)" />
the event object must be passed!
I will issue merge requests foe testing for the 4.x, 3.x is a set of
independent issues!
