A "tobago-tab" contains an "a.nav-link". The nav-link is focused by keyboard.
But the CSS must be applied on the "tobago-tab" element. To make this easier a
"tobago-focus" class should be added to the "tobago-tab" element if the
"a.nav-link" is focused.
