Whenever you perform a firmware update with the newtmgr tool over serial
or protocol over BLE, part of the process involves a reset where the
image banks are swapped which takes maybe 15 seconds or so to complete.
It seems like a valid usability improvement would be to have a default
fast blinky active when this flash update is happening (on BSPs where an
LED is available), since it can be VERY tempting for users to unplug or
reset the boards mid update when it appears that they aren't being
responsive for several seconds at power up? A clear default visual queue
that a flash update is happening would likely avoid a number of issues
when devices start to get out into the wild???
