Sure. http://documentation.openoffice.org/ Pick one. I suggest the setup
guide section as a starter but NL documenters may choose. Have a look at
the documentation for Indonesian. 

As to templates, these are in the files area. There are two, one in A4
format and the other in US letter. Both use the same text space so there
should be no problem switching from one to the other as the text will
print.
