I know it's in French but some of you will be able to read them or
translate them (the communication from Pascal Drabick from European
Commission is en English.)
This is the communications done by French ministries migrating to
OpenOffice.org and other OSS during Solution Linux 2006.
This is the first time that such a large communication takes place, so
this is a great success for us (and a long and patient wait for me ;)
