I think that on top of that Rajesh Rajan can also act as a "communicator" of ideas and tell the Indic and non-Indic community about what would be going on inside this subgroup. My experience inside OOo tells me that there needs to be some noise and some communication on this kind of activity, so that it gets some traction inside and outside the immediate area of focus (the Indic NL group here); otherwise it faces the risk to fail because other more or less important concerns and issues would take the lead.
