Soon... You first need to register to the Native-Lang Confederation
website (http://native-lang.openoffice.org) and provide us with the two
letters ISO code for the Tibetan language. You also need to sign the
Joint Copyright Agreement. Everything, and more, is explained here:

After this, I will file an issue and the Collabnet team will open the
project, take your ssh keys from you and give you the necessary rights
on the web site. We also have a wiki but you shall use it only after
having the project set up and running. Allow some time before the
project is setup.
+1 to the Tibetan Native-Language project!
