Hello, this site is one of the polish company doing business on Ooo in Poland. Several companies and volunteers have agreed to form the Polish native-lang project; I think this one is one of the few that are problematic. Konrad can update you with this. Clearly there was no good situation in Poland until recently, now things are doing a bit better (two companies have agreed to work together, etc.) but there's still a lot to do. It's even sad to see this because otherwise the Polish community is striving, competent and always eager for action (they're working on lots of things and lobbying in Poland).
