I have done this on http://why.openoffice.org/indox.html for the
languages (I think I) speak - e.g. title="enFran&ccedil;ais" for FR. If
the other translators would like to send me the correct HTML code for
their languages (can you display different character sets in the same
HTML page?) then I can add them too. Just now they are all in English.

I will change indox.html to index.html tomorrow morning BST (Sunday), so
if there are any other translations ready / nearly ready, please let me
know.
