It is fixed. Problem was that until server upgrade I was using the
default interface (without index.html). After server upgrade it
automatically changed to use index.html although this option wasn't
checked in options. Anyhow I quickly create the index.html in OO.org
HTML editor and I will make it more beautiful when I'll have more free
time :-)
