Thanks for the advertisement!

I should only clarify that:
* http://www.qatrack.org/ contains more information about the tool
* http://www.qatrack.org/ooo is the system to which you can request
access by e-mailing Andre' Schnabel and me.
Every NL Project Lead (or every NL QA Lead for those communities which
have one) can set the status of builds in his language and receive the
  relevant notifications.
* The URIs above are not final yet, as the tool ought to eventually be
moved to an "official" OOo location. Hovever, they are valid for QA of
  OOo 2.1-RC versions.
* NL Leads are expected to register themselves, not the localized
builds, in case you find the wording in Charles' e-mail unclear.
* If the builds/langpacks you are testing are not listed, request that
they be added. There exists a "Build Provider" role for people who
  make RC builds available.
* Not that this matters much, but QATrack is unrelated to my current
activity as lead of the Italian NL project and was developed before I
  took the role.
* We have a dozen NL projects already registered, more are coming and
  all are welcome!

Yours,
  Andrea.
