Dear All, Charles,
 
I wish to appoint Gilbert van Arneman the status of co-lead of the NL/pap
project with access to documentation and www.
Should I send in an issue? What would be the documents he would have to read
to get started?
Please advise.
I would also like to ask if theren is anyone else who is already active on
openoffice, who would like to give a hend with my project?!
