[native-lang] Adding Native Lang web pages to pap/www!

Dear All,
 
I'm having a problem adding the native lang pages which I translated  on
pap/www through the tunnel. I happen to check the Version Control-CVS in my
project page and found that the files I tried adding have a code 400 "Bad
Request" with the following message: An illegal value
("pap/www/about-helping") was passed as a parameter.
What should I do for it to go through?
I would highly appreciate your advice on this matter.
