The first request (adding other people in the column entitled "responsible" in QATrack) is related to QATrack only. As I wrote in http://qa.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=8602 you just need to ask the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list for the creation of new accounts. In short: send name and e-mail address (and, if you wish, desired login name) of your team members to [email protected] . QATrack accounts will be created for them and you will then see them among the options in the pulldown menu.
