Ah, I didn't think it was possible. So I don't know where it is.
I'm too lazy to recall how to subscribe a list (using my oo.o account)
without web interface. ;)

Also I looked in project webcvs and under documents/files, didnt find
any translatable content. Can you point where it is located?
I don't know on what server it is uploaded, may be Cristian one ? What
I've done is save the web page and work on the sources of it. I've no
other file than this one.
Hm, this is a php-page and saved content is only html-output, so putting
translated content back will need manual work (from someone not speaking
my language, so I assume several correction rounds what sounds like
wasting of time at least of 2 people). Usually php applications have
language files ... Even when not, page source were mandatory...
