These are broad functional areas for NLC. Would it be possible for
coming up with a 'state-of-the-nation' overview of these agenda items
as well ? I feel that such an effort would sum up where we are and
thus make 'where we want to be' discussion much more constructive
I'll be delivering a speech -I guess- about the "State of the
Confederation", provided I can attend the event of course.
