I have the plan to distribute 3.0 localizations via ../extended/localized (extended mirrors) and to distribute en-US binaries, source tarballs and SDK binaries via ../stable (regular mirrors).
Please comment if you have objections regarding this idea. As we're now able to serve both regular mirror network and extended mirror network via Bouncer it does make sense to use this feature. Additionally the extended mirrors allow to serve a lot more content.
Feedback from native language teams and distributors (incl. P2P) is more than welcome. As the planned release date is nearby please don't wait to give feedback.
