The best/quickest way to get the Romanian forum up and running is to
contact the OOo Forum community directly - start a new thread on the
Site Feedback forum.
There is a core admin team there that will work with you to get the
Romanian forum up and running. There are a few requirements that they
will discuss with you... for example:
* You need at least a couple of people who are willing to log on
regularly (at least daily between them) to moderate and respond to posts.
* You need to supplement these by as large a community of "power users"
who will also regularly log on to respond to Qs in their area of expertise.
* There needs to be an active community of OOo NL users who want such a
service.
* You need a mechanism to get the word out to this community that the
forum exists and its URL is XXX, otherwise they won't know to come.
