I agree. If possible, write a short e-mail to the user telling him that if he wants to discuss a bug he should visit http://qa.openoffice.org.
There is no contact info for this user (only the new user ID), and this presentation is their only contribution to the Wiki. This is what leads me to believe it is spam. We see a lot of this kind of thing.... people uploading CVs, personal photos, presentations, random documents... almost 100% as a single contribution from a newly created user.
I will simply delete the presentation, and we will see if this user uploads anything else.
