Raphael, My apologies for not congratulating you first, fastest, and most :-)
I've witnessed, and I hope, helped, you and your team arrive at this point, and it is great. I shoiuld hope that your work can prove to be a model others can follow in setting up regional (and sustainable) groups. I am convinced that only by having regional groups--something I and others have now long advocated--can we successfully engage those who would most benefit from OOo and its technologies.
