Alan has to follow the steps below:

- log on our marvellous website
- go to the hebrew project, click on the Membership section
- on top of the list of members, click on "add new member/role"
- on the new page, enter your OOo username and filter the list
- select your username
-scroll down the page, and look for the box "Grant these roles to all
  designated users", pick "Project Owner"
- make sure the box "done granting role" is checked
- click on Grant roles.

Voilà....
