Hi All, So, a slightly pre-emptive thread while the release build for a second vote candidate is underway.
At some point after release of NB 11.1, we will open the merge window for NB 11.2. This will be at least a few days after the NB 11.1 release process is completed, and will be notified on here. There are at least two tasks on master that the release manager (so this time, me) needs to oversee prior to that. A commit / PR to update the signature tests based on the release (NB 11.1) A commit / PR to update module versions for the next release (NB 11.2) See also https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-2672 Any other thoughts on the process or tasks that need to be done before we reopen merging to master? In my opinion, after opening the merge window we should probably prioritise merging of PRs with a NB 11.2 label. We could probably do with checking those are reviewed and ready for merging or unlabel them for now?
