+0 - I've found pros and cons to milestones on other projects, and they're a little less visible. OTOH, other features might be useful. We can also delete labels that are no longer required, if that's the only concern to be addressed. If so, please keep 11.0 and 11.1 around for now - they do potentially have a purpose post release while the releases are still active.
