Dear all,
I've merged a PR which makes the Java NIO2 file watcher implementation
default on Windows and Linux. I'd encourage to test the latest
development builds and even use them for a while, as we would like to be
sure that this change has no negative side effect, also would like to
hear if it has positive effects.
Unfortunately due to Apache Jenkins overload our latest builds were
failing on Apache, but hopefully it will be available for test soon.
The change is available with the latest snap weekly dev build (which
passed recently):
snap install --channel edge netbeans-dev --classic
