Possibly. Have you followed the instructions at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/JBake-based+solution ? In particular, the ./gradlew clean ./gradlew preprocessContent --rerun-tasks ./gradlew bake combination? That should still work AFAIK. Although there's probably stuff that could work better there. I did start looking at the rerun-tasks requirement at one point but got waylaid by other things.
