The current (root) redirect is to /features/platform/ - could
consider keeping under that? Or just /platform/ ?
This is a little confusing because the old "platform.netbeans.org"
redirects the main page, as you say, to "netbeans.org".
But the tutorials themselves live in
"https://platform.netbeans.org/tutorials"; with no redirections.
For instance:
https://platform.netbeans.org/tutorials/nbm-runtime-container.html
https://platform.netbeans.org/tutorials/nbm-google.html
https://platform.netbeans.org/tutorials/nbm-nbi.html
The whole list we're aiming at is
https://netbeans.org/features/platform/all-docs.html
Also we have the "/graph" section here https://platform.netbeans.org/graph/.
