Just curious...Could outdated LaF be refactored into seperate plugin / modules
to allow install as needed should they be desired by a user?

And "Windows Classic" is Windows 95 style (as far as I remember)...
Can't imagine that anybody is using them...
The removal could be done in two steps:
1. remove them from the LaF combobox, which is easy
2. remove code related to the removed LaFs,
which is maybe more work and could be done later
