Hi Geertjan, I've identified other resources required when it comes to JIRA, we actually had a list of services all along: https://github.com/apache/netbeans/blob/master/nbbuild/cluster.properties#L1154
These extra ones are dependencies on the existing JIRA rest client used, that I noticed as I tried this out locally.
