I think we have certain issue with git. When I call git commit on the project I 
observe that NetBeans 11.3-beta3 shows files that I never changed as well as 
those files that I changed - this is undersiable behavior.
if I open the same project in NetBeans 11.0 and I call git commit I see only 
files that I changed - this is correct. That was on Window 10.
This same situation I can observe while I work on Linux. I conducted this same 
experiment on Linux as on Windows.
I don't know real reason but I have some suspicions about this. It is probably 
related with this file: .gitattributes in my repository. This file describes 
line ending conversions/standard (for example like a this: *.bat text eol=crlf) 
and I observe that unwanted files from commit have the same extensions as the 
extensions used in this file.

I can't provide the repository since it is work related, however maybe someone 
can reproduce this bug.
