NetBeans IDE still contains support for PHP tools and frameworks, which
are now in EOL state - Symfony 1, Zend Framework 1, PHPUnit skeleton
generator, ApiGen.

What is the plan for their support? Leave it as it is because somebody
still might be using it or remove it?
