Perhaps the thing to look at in the IDE would be improving the plugin
experience and signposting, eg. on the start page?
That's a good spot.
More mundane... Now that there's (hopefully) more traffic to PP3, there
are some issues that should/could be addressed.
Here's my take on some of the plugin portal issues from JIRA.
