Do you plan to have any release theme? My favorite one would be: Smooth the 
user experience out by shipping essential 3rd party JARs as part of 
convenience binaries (ZIP, installers). E.g. to integrate: https://github.com/
apache/netbeans/pull/2215 and similar.

I'd be interested to learn the process, but it may be easier to start with 
12uX updates for me.
