I got "access denied" for https://repository.apache.org:443/service/local/staging/deployByRepositoryId/orgapachenetbeans-1061 <https://repository.apache.org/service/local/staging/deployByRepositoryId/orgapachenetbeans-1061> so I used https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachenetbeans-1061 instead.
