Dear all,
I was on track to publish the 12.2 files to Apache Staging. However it
seems I cannot build a working version out of the source code bundle.
I've tried twice, I get a missing resource exception on start:
java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find resource for bundle
org.openide.util.NbBundle$PBundle, key DEFAULT_BUNDLE_START_LEVEL

The Strange thing that if I build NetBeans from the sources of 12.2-rc2
it works.
The difference between 12.2-rc2 and 12.2 source bundle is only:
