Hi,
I noticed that no GitHub Actions are not run because action
"shivammathur/setup-php" is not allowed to be used in apache/netbeans
repository.
Error: https://github.com/apache/netbeans/actions/runs/450410445
shivammathur/setup-php@2.8.0 is not allowed to be used in
apache/netbeans. Actions in this workflow must be: created by GitHub,
verified in the GitHub Marketplace, within a repository owned by apache
or match the following: adoptopenjdk/*, apache/*,
gradle/wrapper-validation-action.
Can anyone with knowledge and permissions permit use of
"shivammathur/setup-php", please.
