Well, yes, although everyone should be anyway! ;-) Checking and chasing up JIRA reports; marking, testing, tidying up (but not merging!) PRs for the integration branch, etc. are things for the whole community. Really, the only things that should be specific to the release manager are things that only a PMC member (or possibly committer) can do. Speaking of those things, incidentally, checking you have ssh and sudo access to the VM, access to the Windows signing service, etc. may be good as it might need an infra request.
